I need help with creating a logo and images.

a.) For our customers who have already purchased a custom belt, for free of charge, our design team can create a logo and additional images for you. If you are not satisfied with your logo and image creations we will gladly refund you 100% of your order. *A purchase must be made for this option, as to give all our customers the time and attention needed.

 

What are the cleaning instructions for the entire belt?

1.)Effortlessly Clean Your Belts with Microfiber Towels and Soapy Water.

2.) Use a microfiber towel and plain water to eliminate soap residue.

3.) Finally, use a microfiber towel for drying.

While we do not recommend submerging your belt in water, our stainless steel is rust proof. Standard liquid or bar household soap is recommended, that is what we use in our facility.

 

What if I want to leave a plate or all plates blank to later engrave them myself? 

All plates are self-engravable.

 

What is the cost for a belt that has all blank plates?

What are the belt dimensions and weight?

Belt Dimensions:

Can I get different weighted belt plates? 

We can do different  belt plates that weigh a total of approximately 4 lbs.

 

 

Do you offer different plate colors?

We offer silver and gold plates color.

 

What is the turnaround time for custom and stock championship belts?

Custom belts: After an order is placed, please allow 1-2 days to receive an initial mock up. After the mock up is approved, production time will take 10-12 business days. Shipping takes 5-6 business days.

Stock belts: Production time will take 10-14 business days. Shipping takes 5-6 business days.

*Please allow 6-10 business days for international shipping.

Once an order has shipped, DHL tracking email will be sent to the customer.

 

Is there a limit on the number of characters I can put on a custom belt?

There is currently no limit or additional charge. However, please keep in mind that the more characters used will make the overall texts smaller. The mock-up will help gauge how the overall appearance will be and can be adjusted accordingly.  

 

What are the dimensions of the box the belts are shipped in? 

Box size: 13  X 10 X 10, 3lbs 15oz per belt per box.

 

Is shipping free? 

Shipping is free in the United States. International shipping and tax rate are calculated at checkout.

I can't order through your website (example: the ordering process is not clear to me or I have a complicated order, etc.), how do I proceed ordering a belt?

Why do your belts have a longer turnaround time than other companies? 

Our primary objective is to deliver high-quality products, not cheap, mass-produced items to our customers; only the finest is suitable for you! Our championship belts are exclusively handcrafted in the United States, ensuring meticulous attention to detail. We refrain from outsourcing or mass production.
